This is provided to one or more owners/managers of each company in order to satisfy DOT Regulation 382.605. It will consist of 60 minutes of Substance Abuse Awareness training and 60 minutes of Alcohol Abuse Awareness training. (Manuals and certificates are provided.)
This is required by the DOT to be completed within the first 90 days of a person being hired and then every three years for as long as that person is employed. This training covers HM126F, HM225, and HM232 and is required for all hazmat companies. (Manuals and certificates are provided.)
This is designed to bring all paperwork into compliance and includes Driver Qualification Files, Driver Investigation History Files, Vehicle Maintenance Files, Vehicle Equipment, OSHA requirements, Cylinder Requalification paperwork, and all State Tier Two requirements. (All paperwork is provided.)
This completes the requirement to obtain a driving record annually for drivers. A driver signs the permission to obtain paperwork, and it goes into the reminder system. The record is generated automatically and submitted to the employer.
This is handled by our staff who then sends the results back to the employer. The application and signed previous employer paperwork are sent to us for processing.
Quarterly safety training is available which includes D.O.T. regulations and OSHA requirements.
