TIER II REPORTING

This report is required to be submitted every year by March 1 and covers the previous year’s storage reports. Linscot Enterprises prepares these reports, submits them to each state, the Local Emergency Planning Commissioner for each county and to the local Fire Department responsible for responding to a fire for that location. We pay the required state filing fee if there is one and invoice our customer for our services and the state filing fee.
